    Made a big order about 2 weeks ago . And send them also an email no response .. are they still alive or on vacation? Site says nothing strange

    Tilt Graphics is doing fine. With all of the orders recently, a couple of weeks before delivery is normal.

    It must be the norm now
    I sent a couple emails recently too 2 different manufacturers/ sellers and they took 4-7 days to respond

    Yes, Tilt Graphics is still alive. We are extremely busy with work inside and outside of pinball. And yes we need to do a better job going through our emails. Most don't realize that I have people contacting me through text messages, Pinside mail, our website, and through different facebook accounts. It's sometimes overwhelming just trying to manage correspondance. Having said that we are working hard to keep up with orders, and shipping regardless who you use is spotty, especially overseas.

    I have gone through our outstanding orders and I do believe I found yours. I also believe you were in contact with my partner. I could be wrong about this but I remember my partner telling me that he explained to you the hold up. Regardless after reviewing your order everything is in and it will ship today. Keep an eye out in your email for tracking information.

    Thank you for all your support and my apologies for the delay.

    Yep me too except mine was over 3 weeks ago!

    I have heard great things about Tilt Graphics quality & that's why we have ordered Tilt Graphics item's so myself & 3 other friends (to save on postage as it is very $$$) to Australia ordered over 1k in items on the 11.4.22 got and email from Tilt saying "We’ve received your order. We’ll let you know when your items have been shipped. Order No. 17909 Placed on Apr 11, 2022"

    Paypal $$$ came out next day.... Heard nothing back for 9 days, sent an email to enquire on the status as I had 3 other people asking me about their orders ... Sent a 2nd email the following day and then a message on Facebook with ................... and have heard nothing it's like 3 and a half weeks ago!

    The same day we also ordered from Pinball Life 11.4.22 received confirmation email 11.4.22 & 13.4.22 confirming order received & sent & unbelievably landed in in Western Australia 20.4.22 ... 9 days after ordering and receiving!!

    Should I cancel the order with Paypal my $$$ has already been taken, what else can ya do when you get no response after 3 and a half weeks and you've paid in full?

    JayGraffix (co-owner) unfortunately had a medical incident, however he has recovered and is doing well.
    Hang tight...I would't worry. I am sure you will get your items shortly.

    Medical issue plus that all happened while getting ready for a pinball show and then trying to vend at a pinball show for 4 days while recovering. As we get older health issues happen, if it hasn’t happened to you yet, you’re lucky, we’ve all been there but im sure once he sees this it will be the first order he completes. Have some patience you have nothing to worry about

    I placed an order with Tilt Graphics the other day and had to make a change. I called, JayGraffix answered the phone and helped me out. The product arrived timely and in perfect shape. My experience was good customer service.

    Hope all is well but a tracking number will be great has been four weeks with no notices don't even know if there been sent

    Hey if someone has been unwell I hope and pray their going to recover and be ok for sure that comes way before any Pinball stuff.

    Look if I got an email saying hey theirs going to be a delay of 2/3 or whatever weeks due to some unforeseen medical issues then fine I can tell the other buyers that are in on the order with me and we would all be patient no worries at all but ....... its been 4 weeks and we've heard nothing.

    So I just told the other guys the story and theirs saying "so Tilt Graphics were at a Pinball festival over the weekend but haven't responded to us even after we paid in full 4 weeks ago"

    Anyway due to not knowing where we stand, payment being made 4 weeks ago and pressure being put on me from the others, PayPal have been made aware.

    Absolutely I/We will give a positive response, as I originally said I was advised to order Tilt Graphics Items as they were a very good product and even if they contacted me and said they we're struggling for whatever reason we'll refund your $$$ again no problem from us however it's just the no response thing that caused an issue, having said that ...... still no response, over a month has gone by now. Really hope all is ok.

    Yes we are still alive, all I can do is apologize for the poor communication. What people do not realize is that we get bombarded with emails everyday and it's only just two of us here struggling to get orders out while at the same time creating new designs.

    As for why we're backed up a bit, over the past few months we've been bombarded with order in and out of pinball. Please don't take this as a complaint. We're just very busy. My partner Rey needed to take some time off for personal reasons and is currently working here part-time. We hope to have him back full-time soon. As for me, I haven't been feeling well for a few months. To make a long story short, a little over a week ago while preparing for the Pinfest Allentown I almost went into a diabetic coma and had to be hospitalized. It really took the wind out of my sails.

    If you've placed an order with us it well be fulfilled. All we ask is for a little patience and some understanding. Rey and I are in the studio working hard to get orders out the door.

    on April 27th I placed an order for USD 1114,90 (order No. 18041). Since over 5 weeks have passed meanwhile it would be great to know when it ships. I have read about the hassles you face currently, so a short info will be sufficient. Thanks!

    Sorry to resurrect this thread, but looking at ordering a Wonka topper and curious if turnaround times have improved at all for y'all? I assume with medical issues solved and no posts for 8 months that things are back up and running?
