How about some blades for Batman Forever? Not a high volume game but it would be nice.

Quoted from Gogojohnnyquack:

You read my mind, MustangPaul, I was looking at this thread this morning! One more mod for BF!

Yeah like mine needs one more. Something nice and colorful.

Sorry, just promoting it right now. I sent one to a fellow PinSider for him to test the fit on his machine. He was kind enough to make me a template. Once I'm happy with the fit I'll add it to our ever growing inventory. When it's ready for sale I'll post it again. As always thank you for your support. - JGraffix

I see.

Dr. Dude Magnetic Aprons are now on our site for sale.

A big thank you goes out to phillymadison for helping us with an apron template.

I just bought a Dude and MM, gonna put them on the metal duct work in my gameroom. Their magnets right, no drilling holes or using sticky tape. Perfect. Thanks TILT.

Took the day off today to help a fellow PinSider and friend move 7 pins out of his basement. What's the most pins you've moved in one day?

Last night I decided to stay home and do some designing. It was the first time all week that I didn't head back to the studio after dinner. So I sit down and start working on the Flash Gordon apron. 10 minutes into it I hear a loud crash, followed by a lot of skidding noises and then another crash. Turns out that there was a three car accident right in front of my studio. I live a block away from my studio. Had I gone back to the studio my car would have been totaled. One of the three cars involved in the crash skidded right through where I usually park. I guess I got lucky last night. And for those wondering no one was hurt and yes I drive a block to my studio. Although it's only a block I still need to load up with all of the days orders so I can get them to the post office the following morning. Luckily I got into the studio early yesterday and delivered everything to the post office by 5:30.

WOW that is lucky. Do you still have one of the original FG aprons you could sell me?

#678 7 years ago
Quoted from jGraffix:

Hey Paul, as always thanks for your support. I responded to your question on Facebook. You've been a supporter of ours from the very beginning and I appreciate that. I will send you my original FG apron design for free. It's our way of saying thank you.

Thanks soooo much Jose, that's VERY nice of you. I'll see if I can get some good pictures of them on the duct work in my gameroom. I consider them art works and them being magnets all 3 of them, FG, MM and DD will turn my black painted air ducts into display areas. So you really don't need the game to enjoy these cool works of art. So guys if you have some exposed air ducts these are the way to dress them up without damaging your air ducts and at $40 each it's a good deal.

Hey guys.... It's been a while since I have posted anything of interest. Just been crazy busy at my "regular" job during the summer. But today we went down to JerseyJacks Pinball me and Jose and looked around a bit. It was very interesting to see these machines from "concept to final" as you can see the entire assembly line there.
So that being said, I felt the urge to create a new WOZ Gameblade™ that will be available on the website very soon.
As always, thanks for all your support guys!

The detail on those if fantastic. Well done. Make me wish I had the game.

I'd in for a T3 but I have an LE apron on it so I would need art that takes into account the triangle cut outs. DANG!

It's 3:20 am and I'm still printing and getting ready for York Pinball show. Leaving Long Island in about 1 1/2 hours. If you're at the show stop by and say hello. I'll be the guy sleeping on the floor.

don't forget your pillow and teddy bear.

Oh that's nice and would work in many games.

Rob Zombie Gameblades™ installed guys!

They really brighten up the inside of the game.

#775 7 years ago

No more sales from Tilt Graphics. Don't go looking for it.

What???

#788 7 years ago

Those make me wish I still had the game. But I may get them for wall art. Could you put them on that magnetic backing?

#790 7 years ago
Quoted from jGraffix:

It would be too expensive, but I could possibly put them on wood blocks you could hang on your wall.

Thanks but that wouldn't work. I have your magnetic aprons stuck on the heating duct work and the blades would go there too. How expensive is expensive? PM me.

#802 7 years ago
Quoted from jGraffix:

You could always add a few UV LEDs on your pin and it will light it up just as well.

Actually thinking of them for wall art. My room is black light.

How about Revenge from Mars? Looking forward to seeing you guys at TPF!

WHAT!!! RFM has a sweet red clear plastic apron that lights up. I'm not covering mine up that's for sure.

#839 7 years ago
Quoted from MacJedi:

HAHA! Same here! I meant side blades, not an apron.

Oh man you had me there for a minute.

When we're not busy designing GameBlades™ we're busy designing t-shirts, flipper bats, and or pinball toppers. I'm proud to showoff one of our latest topper designs for Laseriffic.

Looks great changing colors like that. To bad those aren't real speakers.

#852 7 years ago
Quoted from Laseriffic:

If the speakers were real they would sound crappy and I believe it would take away from the actual sounds from the game. I was a audio specialist back in my day and the modifications that would have to be done would throw this topper price through the roof.. I did think about it though.

Oh I know all that, I was just thinking out loud. It would be cool to have color changing speaker lights doing different colors with certain flashers or music or something. Again thinking out loud.

indianapolis 500 GameBlades™

Really nice detail and colors on those 4.

Quoted from TheKreator:

Freddy would look amazing with mirror blades with the blood dripping down. Looked like the design was similar, just red swapped for green, etc...

Now that's a good idea.

Now that you can see the back of the Library with the mirror blades maybe you could come up with a sticker that looks like the back of the Library so people could stick in on that plastic. Just a thought.

A friend of mine set up his Revenge from Mars with a launch button/shooter rod combo so I decided to make him a custom Shooter Rod for his pin.

Do you sell the shooter housing too? I didn't see it on your site.

Quoted from jGraffix:

While cleaning my garage I came across a box of old door knobs. Having some time on my hands I set off to make myself a custom Addams Family shooter rod. Will be making more until I run out of door knobs.

So you collect old door knobs?

Unfortunately while it is Star Wars, it does not fit the theme of the Stern Star Wars at all. Guess either more patience or mirror blades are the only options......

If he had to use licensed images to make it really Star Wars quality they might never get done because of the royality fees and "IF" they approved the design the cost could double or even triple. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place with these.

Just a heads up on shipping to Canada.
If you use USPS, it will get severely delayed once it reaches here, as out postal service had been on a rotating strike for weeks now and the backlog is insane.

That's good to know, thanks.

Quoted from Icelandr:

We have and we will try to accomodate everyones vision of gameblades for most pins we design for. And like KingBW notes, ideas can vary from person to person. We do now have two valid designs for this pin and we may well come out with the third. This is a very time consuming process to create, and we still have many pins we have not covered yet.
We thank you for your support and your ideas, as many of them actually give us great starting points. It can be painfully hard sometimes just to start a design, specially if you dont have the pin in front of you and you need to rely on dark and blurry images. Even if you know exactly what you want to do, finding the imagery you can use to create your vision is quite a fishing trip on the web.
I would love for you guys to watch the process of a Gameblade design, where I recorded the entire process of Houdini design.
Here is the video:

Oh man I hear you. For my Bonneville racing video dvd box insert picture the USFRA supplied me with their official event art for the front then I had to design the lower front, spline and back and the design for each dvd face. For the back I had to grab digital video stills off the digital video I shot, insert, position and add text and effects. For the spline I had to rotate the entire design and add the proper lettering, size and position them then print out a full insert picture to be sure I had it printed in the proper position for the 2 folds so the spline was printed in the proper position. All together the first image design was about 30 layers and took about 30 hours, the next year image design was about 40 layers and took me about 40 hours before they were ready to go to the printers. I was using PhotoShop 7 which was primitive compared to what is available to do this kind of work today. So rock on dudes, your doing a GREAT job on these.
