Last couple of months have been really hectic. In September we moved the entire operation to a new location, where we have more space and we have added some more exciting equipment, that will allow us to improve on every product we design and manufacture. Early this year we purchased a new Co2 laser, we added a second printer for our Gameblades, and in the last month we received our DTG printer, that gives us the exciting opportunity to bring t-shirts to the community in a way we were not able to before. This year is ending with a new UV Flatbed printer being installed this week in our studio, that will bring almost all our products an update in quality and speed to market.
We want to thank you all so much, for being a part of our growth, in this all so short time of only 5 years. We are nothing without our customers. We know that and acknowledge that every day. Please bear with us as we bring this year to an end. We wish you all Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year.

I have spent the last week trying to get a replacement piece of glass from Tilt Graphics. (FedEx damaged it) I am almost 3 weeks in since I placed the order. No info other than "One will be sent out" that was last week and nothing since. Plenty of other modders out there that will gladly take care of their customers and treat you like you should be treated. Horrible service from Tilt Graphics

Simple truth is that we told you you would get your glass and you will. Our distributor is having some health issues and things are getting delayed. All we ask is that you give us and our vendor a little bit more time.
