I was wondering what the turn around for responses to tickets were on things lodged with JJP. I lodged one 4 days ago and I've only gotten the automated responses saying we have your notes but nothing of actually any help. Am I dreaming to believe that have a response within 2 days is acceptable and anything longer than that is well not acceptable and frustrating? I've logged everything ive done below as well as putting it on my ticket. Living in Aus means I can't easily call at a time that suits me either. It's either stay up until 1am and then get tech help or go to work late and well I can't quite go to work late I need a job to buy machines...

I've heard this several times. From everything I understand, if you email the correct people, Frank, Lloyd or Alex, you will get help immediately and they will do a great job of taking care of you. They really should disable that system (at least publicly) and change the page to tell users to email the appropriate people for service. I don't own a JJP yet (awaiting my Hobbit), but my understanding is that once you get connected, support is top notch, but for folks that don't figure out that they shouldn't use the ticketing system and should use email they lose that credibility (as you described above).
