I had this machine working a week ago, but a single contact that was supposed to be NC was not and caused almost a week of havoc. The problem was found deep inside the control motor stuff - "replay cam." A real pain to get access to adjust the contact leafs. I had to pull the unit out, but not as much as a problem as returning the unit back to where it belonged.

I also had a problem with shorted leafs (wiring end) on the top contacts associated with the shuffle motor cam -- caused by bumping into the ball return board when replacing the playflield.

So it now it is working consistently with just a few burned out lamps associated with the features. I also need to procure a coin lockout coil as the current one is open. I suspect that PBR may have something that will work.

it's been 20 years since I have touched a bingo machine and am glad I choose the six card. I do have a question regarding the search button for wins. I assume that it will search even though there is no winning number string -- I hope this is true.

I have learned to be careful with lowering the playfield back into position, mindful of the shutter switch ends. It took some time to find the bent switch end -- you are correct it can make one crazy. I taken off all of the switch stacks on the shutter motor. Cleaned the contacts, returned each stack one at a time, manually turned the cam and adjusted the switches then went to the
next stack.

After I was done, I was highly confident I had the shutter motor switches perfect. I was sorting a problem with the ball four relay not tripping. Turned on the machine, and the 18 relay reset motor was running continuously. Switch by switch the next day, I waded through what made the motor run. Then found the bent ends on one of the shutter switch stacks.

I believe the balls I have with this machine are stainless steel. I was thinking my previous experience was brass balls, chrome plated.

Quoted from bingopodcast:

there's a big trace that was cut very well, which is preventing about half or more of that side from registering.

I'm glad I posted pictures per NoQuarters suggestion. I didn't see that additional cut trace that you identified in the pictures.

The backglass is nice, but the cabinet is so-so. The front of the cabinet had rust - coin door, and interior hardware. The shooter assembly was rusted.
