3250 is a good price for a fully working TZ with PF in good condition, even if it needs a shop job.
It's a great game - One potential problem with it though: is it your only pin? If so, it might not be the best choice, because people who don't play pinball much will get completely owned by TZ, and won't have fun. You get 30 second games if you can't get the ball under control coming out of the slot machine.
