#lady-luck-williams is still blowing bulbs when the kicker engages. I isolated the 24V leak to one of the switches (I thought) that shared a ground wire with the bulb socket. The light works fine without the switch in the circuit (but with the other switch). When I installed the new switch, back to the same old problem. I noticed that the ground wire is maybe touching the kicker arm. I cut the wire and re-routed the ground with a jumper. Switch still not working and bulbs still blowing when the other switch closes. Could it be a short in the kicker EOS switch? I'm sort of lost on this one.

Just went looking for kicker parts and information and found that LATER model Williams machine's use a diode across the 24V leaf switches:

Could this be because they noticed the switch would leak to the ground wire and blow the bulbs? Any info on this? I'm tempted to try one of these assemblies on my machine to see if it fixes the problem.
