I don't know about the entire organization, but the guy that's usually behind the camera (I assume jim) is always attacking or being negative (or unnecessarily cursing). If you didn't know his history you'd think he hated pinball.

It's a shame Ray is associated with that shop, he seems to be the complete opposite.
