Looks like it was my Mando's time to give up. I think I'll take this to work tomorrow and have our welders take a look at it. The weldings look extra fragile in this one.

Yeah, it's from the first batch of games to land to this corner of the world. I'd be curious to see how the later versions look like.
Quoted from Schaitas:Yes. Just set the shaker to moderate. Easy fix.
The one near Grogu also keeps falling out on the pro.
My Mando was having issues with drooping ramps, to the point where they start developing cracks to the stress points. I thought about all kinds of 3D printed solutions, but the final version was a lot simpler: I cut a piece of a post rubber and put that on the topmost slingshot nut. On the left side it aligns perfectly with the ramp, on the right it's not that perfect but it seems to stay there snugly and now the ramps stay where they're supposed to stay.
Another issue seems to be the left ramp entrance opto, the LED side seems to flicker when the board is tapped. I looked at the tiny board with a magnifying glass, but couldn't spot any fractures in the soldering, I can only assume the LED itself is giving up.

The ones that came with my launch batch of Mando completely disintegrated in about 8 months. I ordered replacement parts, that lasted even less than that. So my one year old Mando is on its 3rd set of coil stops and it's not on a location.
What are you guys doing with those, does someone make compatible parts that actually last? In all of Spike 2 games, the yellowish metal used in coil stops gets completely destroyed and then the center falls off.
The flipper plunger links also got totalled in less than a year.
