Quoted from C0untDeM0net:

That's exactly what I said. It feels like Munsters 2.0 to me. What it should have been. More breadth l

I misunderstood you as well at first. I was worried haha. I already have the Munsters and while I do like it I don’t want another simple game and I already pre ordered a mando premium. I was debating between led zep and mando.

Quoted from Apollyon:

Got word today that I made it into the upcoming premium run! Super excited to get it after having a chance to play the pro at a great pinsider's place this past weekend.

Who’s your distro?

Quoted from Mando:

It just has some bugs, its fairly "complete", but it could use a little polish. Mostly the bugs that annoy me.
In regards to flipping, lots of new games coming out people want to capitalize while Mando is hot thats all. There is nothing wrong with it. Heck even I have some Zilla envy right now and I dont even like the theme LOL.

Yeah I agree. I just got my mando on Sunday and the thought of listing mine entered my head for a brief moment after I saw Godzilla lol. I know that lots of people are still waiting on mando premiums so it would be a easy flip.

Hi all just seeing if anyone else has had a similar experience. My shaker motor has a squeak to it but not if the playfield is up. If I have the playfield up and do the test on the shaker motor no squeak, but as soon as the playfield is down and it squeaks. It’s driving me nuts. I can’t track down the source of the squeak.

Quoted from J85M:

.97 had this is the way debug yes/no option in the menu, very cool mode that unlocks those signets on the score leaderboard.

How do you access this after you turn it on?

#1965 2 years ago

Put in some serious time on mando this weekend. Game was a slow burn for me, but now it’s really starting to click for me and I love the foundry and the strategy of this game. Mando is a big win for me.

#2081 2 years ago
Quoted from thewool:

Good comments thanks guys! Lower would make a lot of sense, I'll have a look.
I actually thought my plastic could have been installed wrong as it's slopes downwards towards the back, but maybe all games are like that.

I have the same issue as you. It also looks like my plastic hangs low as well. It’s only happened a handful of times.

#2122 2 years ago

Someone actually posted last night about the coil stops on the upper playfield getting destroyed and leaving bits of metal underneath the upper playfield. So every time your ball is up there and drops down it’s dragging bits of metal around. Sterns coil stops have been a bit of a problem apparently.

Quoted from tilt-master:

Sorry if this was mentioned somewhere in this thread. Did anyone else order a Stern shooter rod and it looks like a rusty ball with a bad paint job?
[quoted image]

Yeah I got mine Monday, and it looks the same. I dig it. Looks great in my opinion.

#2277 2 years ago

Found a decent enough blanket for a dust over for cheap.

I have around 200 plays on mine. No cracked ramps here. Got my cliffys on Monday will install them this weekend.

#2441 2 years ago

I put my art blades on dry and it was easy.

#2475 2 years ago
Quoted from BWelch:

Stern blades - seems like pulling the play field is easy, but seeing if there are easier alternatives. Maybe this is not a corner cutting operation…

I did it with the playfield attached, also put them on dry. If you get another person to help you it’s really easy and there is no need to remove the playfield.

#2540 2 years ago

Noticed that the exit to the ambush horseshoe doesn’t have a washer and looks like the clear is chipping. This happened to my deadpool on the katana ramp. Has anyone removed this and put a washer there? Was it a pain in the butt?

#2545 2 years ago
Quoted from KozMckPinball:

Yes. This has been mentioned throughout this thread or the other Mando thread, to put a washer at both ends of that ball guide of the U turn. I did it while my playfield was disassembled to fit a playfield protector.

I thought saw it, but I couldn’t remember. The other end already has a washer so I just need to add a washer to the exit. Thanks! I guess I will be doing that right away.

#2558 2 years ago
Quoted from TheProgrammer:

I actually got a chip in my PF in this exact same spot. Stern approved sending an unpopulated PF out as a replacement. (not looking forward to the day that I do that swap). Still waiting for them to send it to me.

That sucks Sorry to hear. Mine isn’t chipped yet and that picture actually makes it look way worse than it actually is. If I don’t do something though it will happen. Happened to my deadpool. I got an unpopulated playfield for that but sold the game and included the playfield with it. Do you have a pic of the actual chip? Curious how much damage was required for a new playfield.

#2559 2 years ago
Quoted from Belvedere:

I used a fiber washer from Home Depot. Just snipped it with a scissors so it could easily slide on there. I had to loosen the ball guide a little to get that washer under it. It's held up since
[quoted image]

Awesome idea! Thanks. I am gonna do that today.

#2563 2 years ago

Thanks for all the info and help on this page. I ended up removing the ball guide and putting down Mylar and a washer.

Quoted from Aniraf:

Has anyone had an issue with balls sticking under the diverter coil at the back of the game? I’ve had this happen a couple of times now and I am unsure of the cause. Perhaps my balls are becoming magnetized?

Just had this happen to me tonight.I think it was magnetization at work as well.

Have to praise the new code. Thanks Dwight! I was on the fence with this game. While I enjoyed it, I was feeling like it was time to trade it out and get something different. My wife was very opposed to that idea and was still a bit sad about me selling Munsters. Well I am glad she convinced me to keep mando, because with the new code it feels like a way better game.

Quoted from tilt-master:<blockquote cite="#

^^^agreed^^^ don’t dump DP

I also disagree. I dumped DP and never looked back. Mando has ups and downs for me but I still enjoy it more over DP. Only game I regret dumping is my Munsters LE.

#3728 2 years ago
Quoted from J85M:I haven’t seen it on any premiums in person, wouldn’t mind tracking one down to replace my right LE apron plastic it’s a little shit lol, much prefer the Mando one.

Hey I have that plastic you are after. Send me a message maybe we can do a trade or something.

#3740 2 years ago
Quoted from kempsuk:

Anyone seeing issues with the latest code on Mando. For example, the game will just start an encounter for no reason, I’ll be flipping down below, playfield dark, apart from the Mando helmet where the game thinks an encounter has started.
Since I went to v1.02. Anyone else??

I haven’t had it start an encounter for no reason but I have had it not realize the ball left the the upper playfield and the encounter would just continue and everything is dark below like you said. Happened 2 x to me last night.

#3743 2 years ago
Quoted from TrekTobbyGermany:

Sometimes the ball jumps over the little switch on encounter exit and game stays in encounter mode. Even when you hit other switches...

This would make sense. Once I entered the upper playfield again and exited everything returned to normal.

Quoted from dtrimberger:Agree. I'm still trying to love my Mando pro as much as everyone else here does. I find it to be the most repetitive of the pins I have, not boring necessarily but definitely the same adventure over and over again without a lot of variety. The addition of insider connected, even in my few games with it added on last night, will definitely compliment this pin. The majority of the achievements are mission/multiball/encounter specific and will give me a reason to play "mission only" "encounter only" games etc. I realize your old man complaint was primarily about the aesthetics but I agree the light is unnoticeable. I only plan on replacing the insider connected info card.

I feel this for sure. I have listed my mando then changed my mind. I have almost traded it 2 times for other pins. I still have it but I feel it won’t be staying. The theme is keeping it in my collection so far.

My mando also just left. IM replaced it. I enjoyed mando and if I can find one for the right price we may be united again one day.
