Has anyone had any luck getting cliff to respond?

I have been inquiring about these ramp protectors with no luck in getting a response.

Anyone know of any alternatives?

Quoted from rdleifriaf:

Oh man! The plastic cracked here, and the metal piece came swinging around 180 degrees. Any advice? This is after just a few hundred games on an LE.

Quoted from chuckwurt:

This is a known issue. You need to get a larger protector from passionforpinball.com and request a new ramp from Stern.

Quoted from chuckwurt:

Alternative is to make sure (before your ramp breaks), that the protector is pushed flush again the ramp.
And if was me and I was waiting on Cliff, I would remove the top screw of that protector and maybe use some double sided tape to hold it to the ramp.

Thanks for the tip!

Quoted from Flippersaurus:

Is everyone having the issue with the topper that the beskar meter resets to zero when you turn off the game? Is there a setting I'm missing or something? At this rate I'd have to leave it on for days to get the reward.

Same issue with mine. No setting to change as far as I can tell. Hope Stern fixes it.

Quoted from TrekTobbyGermany:

That Cliffys are very recommended for the left ramp if you can get them. Until you can get them, I would bend the original Protectors to stay flush on the ramp. Maybe Dremel the hole in the metal Protectors a little bigger. If the original Protectors are not flush with the ramp, the balls impact will cause the plastic ramp to Crack around the screw hole. You can find pictures of the damage in this threat.

I ordered the ramp protector from Cliff on November 9. Have not yet received it and cannot get a response from Cliff.

Quoted from BrandonLaw:

Shot in the dark, but does anyone have the Wedge Kit for the Mandalorian Topper? I'm not tall and all the displayed items are overlapping. The wedge would really be great.
Fingers crossed.

The wedge was supposed to be included with the topper. Several of the toppers were shipped with the wedge missing. Call Stern and they should send you one.

Quoted from Tekman:

Since you called me out here. To be fair, here's a quick list of what my version offers for those that my not know so they can make their own opinion if they agree with you. With that said, I'm happy to see you enjoying your Mando and that is what it's all about!
1 – Monitors if the game is active or not.
2 – Falls asleep when the game is over and inactive for one minute
3 – Wakes up when a game is started after sleeping
3 – Wakes up periodically during sleep to do attract animations followed by falling back to sleep when the game has sat idle in attract mode for long periods
4 – Fully completes Hasbro factory designed modes and never stops with its eyes in various states of being closed during play
5 - Never looks like Grogu is having a seizure when running
6 – Will raise its arm and perform Force effect when the magnet is energized followed by briefly sleeping like in the show
7 – Performs controlled random effects while Child LEDs are activated
I can guarantee to everyone that the amount of time spent, materials, electronics, and 3D printed backets for my version, I'm absolutely making less than what Lermods is making on their version when it's all said and done.

I can vouch that Tekman’s version is incredible. Worth every penny.
