Just made these flipper toppers. They are 3D printed using SLA and the beskar/Damascus steel effect looks great in-person.

Of course, they will be airbrushed and cleared when finished.

Played about 20 games with them attached and no issues came up.

The bounce back from the center ramp wouldn't bother me so much if the ball didn't go SDTM every stinking time!!! That ramp takes no prisoners!

Are you playing on location? When i get bounce back it always hits right flipper. Wonder if the left right level is off on the machine your playing?

yeah normally that ramp isn't that mean.. half missed shots happen all the time.

For all the people concerned about frequency of bouncebacks... I'd suggest people consider the slope of their game and the flipper power. On ours I think it's about 6.8+ and default flipper power and maybe... 1 out of 6? might bounce back.. and I'd say it's probably lower than that. And it's not usually a SDTM risk.

Multiple ops around us have turned the default flipper power down - on ours it just hasn't seemed really necessary, but that would be my first option.

Thank you! I will play around with the slope and check the left right level tonight. It has been straight down the middle every time... and fast! Phbooms said his always hit the right flipper so I am guessing that I am running a little steep. Thanks again.

Which also means that I will need to dial down the flipper power as suggested.

Has anyone changed out the T-molding on the LE yet? Trying to decide between light grey, dark grey, and chrome. None of them is a great match. I kind of like the chrome actually, but it might be a bit too much bling.

I think I found a bug. Wondering if any of you Premium/LE owners can duplicate this.

Finished encounter 1 (all three levels). Then see if the mini playfield just continually tilts back and forth. This happened to me the other day. Then I played again last night and it happed again when I completed the first encounter. It just keeps tilting/rotating back and forth during gameplay, until I get a ball up there, then it acts normal while the ball is in the mini playfield. Once the ball drains out, it just keeps moving.

I found the culprit for the STDM. Rejected ball bounces off this guide to the the right guide and draino. Looks like a little bend ahould fix it.

This is what another poster suggested is breaking the ramps... the fact the ramp protector isn't flush to the ramp. So hits to the protector go all to the screw hole. May want to enlong the screw hole in the protector so it can sit flush against the side of the ramp.

Great idea. It looks like the lower screw might also be the problem. The only way to get that screw in the post is to pull the protector in which forces the lower portion out from the ramp.

That little adjustment made the machine a little bit easier... and a heck of a lot more fun! 680 in 20some minutes. Now I don't want to go back to work.

Yes mine does this every time past first encounter fully.

Still haven't played one myself, and obviously not sure if it's by design or a bug, but they do explain this on the tilt forums rulesheet: http://tiltforums.com/t/the-mandalorian-rulesheet/7056#heading--encounters

"Encounter #2 on Prem/LE: the EPF will continue rotating while you’re not playing an Encounter, and the pitch of the EPF will be locked in when you shoot the lit Left Ramp to begin your next Encounter #2 Level."

I kind of like the idea of being able to time your shot to get the incline you're most comfortable with.

So how did you adjust it - just bent the protector so it hugs the ramp a little more flush?

Slight bend and tried to hold it as flush as possible while tightening down. This eliminated the SDTM shots but the guide still sticks out a little and I'm not sure how to correct it. I believe it is caused by the lower post placement and there isn't enough room in the guide to expand the screw hole enough. If I loosen the two screws, the guide gets pushed way out by plastic ramp near bottom of the guide.

Interesting. Yeah that's annoying and distracting. I would vote for Dwight to ditch that.

Anybody else noticing the orbits are rattle traps? Anybody have and tips for dialing them in?

Both mandos i’ve played have sloppy orbits.

Initial impressions are woah, pictures and streams do not do this beauty justice. Plays completely different than I suspected. This is a great game that’s gonna keep getting better!

This should be the final version for the Helmets mod....the original version was fully printed in resin. This meant the stakes weren't as tough as they needed to be. The new version is printed in 2 pieces and the stakes themselves are steel, which will definitely an improvement. The current version is in the league machine and Mando is in the bank this week so it will get a ton of plays on it. I would imagine by the weekend I will know of I feel confident enough to start producing them.

Picked up my premium today.

Premium is soooooo much better than pro! Edit…. (Just my opinion after playing both!)

Mini playfield is a blast and so much more fun than the pro upper playfield area. (Again just my opinion)
