That wireform to replace the plastic ramp would be pretty easy to make. I may have to look into it.

Quoted from Yoko2una:I was selling my ACDC Luci around a month ago and was contacted by Brooke of the Pinball Company. Many back and forths to set up shipping and whatnot. I then looked them up and I think on their website they had used ACDC Pros for $10K and non-Luci Prem's for $13K.
When I saw that I immediately stopped replying. I get retailers need to make a profit but a used ACDC Pro for $10K is absurb and they can F right off with that. I didn't want my Luci going to those types of people.
Not surprised they're jacking up LE prices. They seem like the people who would do it most. People should stop buying from them.

They were dead to me after their Gofundme debacle. https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/another-gofundme-the-pinball-company
At least Stern will probably send out a new ramp and offer a lengthened protector for free at some point. JJP would just refer you to their empty warranty, refuse to replace the part and refuse to sell you a new one.
Quoted from Multiballmaniac1:Those parts aren’t easy available right now.
Have you called Stern to ask, or are you just doing more Stern bashing?
Quoted from Pinchild:JJP has bent over backwards and always taken care of anything I needed even on out of warranty games that I'm not even original owner.
So clearly you have no clue what you're talking about as you own Zero JJP machines.
Perhaps buy one and see the light as they are a Wonderful manufacturer and an asset to pinball.
LOL, they aren't even letting people buy playfields any more, let alone sending bare ones out for free to people with problem games. Have you been in a coma for the last month?
