We sat down with the kids and watched every new episode as they came out together as a family.
The kids are 10 and 12 and yes my entire family plays pinball.
I swore I was going to try not to buy NIB for a while after dropping a bunch of money on a JJP GNRLE, but this would change that as it’s a theme that is exciting to all of the members of my family.

Stern teaser videos are kind of like going to a strip club.
I like what I see and get rilled up, but its not very satisfying.

I feel like I need a bath just reading this thread.

Cold shower.
This is the way.

Quoted from Oneangrymo:

Distributors already have a waiting list ! This is the first time my heart quivered , jumped into my throat as I immediately closed my eyes and prayed that I get one ! Please !

Theres definite fear of missing out going on, and probably justifiably so.
Look at how fast GNR CEs sold our as well as other Stern LEs, Rick and Morty etc etc.
I know several people that a month or two ago told their distributors to put them on the list for the next LE regardless of title.
This was when the rumors were Back to the Future, Mando and a few other titles were being thrown around.
I guess it doesn't really matter which of those titles it was going to be, because they are all pretty solid themes.
Even if the distributor doesn't know what the title is a few months before its announced, what's he/she going to say to a customer that buys a ton of pins off him or her in a calendar year?
If I were a distributor and a client thats buys every new pin off me that comes out (sometimes multiple) asks me to reserve the next LE for them, my answer would be "yep, no problem".

Quoted from TigerLaw:

If Stern really feels they have big one here, it has to be Lyman on code. No one else would make sense.

I think it’s going to be a huge hit.

When people were speculating the title over in the next Stern pinball thread this was one of the most spot on comments.

Quoted from bigehrl:

as an operator, if i have a machine that has a Baby Yoda on it, I might as well install an ATM machine on the coin door.

People will come out of the woodwork to play this on location. Not to mention all the pent up anxiety to get out and do something right now.

Quoted from CaptainNeo:

nobody can say at this point. Until people play it, nobody should be buying. Unless you love getting burned. Then buy before you play

There’s a lot of nobodys in the world.

Quoted from RipleYYY:

can i put my 2 cents between these guy ? Belgium always been so close to France... (lol inside of course)

As long as it’s 2 Euro cents or of course centimes.

Quoted from D-Gottlieb:

Something wrong with pops? How about no pops, slings, hmmm?

Judge Dredd, Alice Cooper and Swords of Fury are three games that come to mind with no pop bumpers that frigging rock.
I’m cool with no pops.
That said, I don’t think a machine can have too many spinners.

Quoted from PaulCoff:

This ramp looks awesome to hit and probably has the magnetic hold of some sort? [quoted image]

I seriously hope that baby Yoda (Grogu for you nerds) is a mech that rotates and picks the ball up out of the dish at the top of that ramp with some sort of magnet in his hand (similar to Stranger Things magnetic ball lock).
Why else would his arm be out like that.

Quoted from chuckwurt:

It’s happening on one game, and the LEs only. I have zero clue what the contracts with stern say, but Distros going over MSRP is nothing new.
And you’ll know exactly what something will cost once you ask the distro.

There is actually precedence for Stern allowing distributors to charge whatever they want. Beatles was done this was with the Diamond edition.

No t molding in the photo
Odd

Look again. It’s there.
It the light reflection that makes it look that way.

Quoted from Purdue:

This is some pretty sloppy photoshop work, authentic or not...[quoted image]

That has nothing to do with the photoshop job and is the result of the intentionally reduced resolution of the image.

Quoted from pinchamp:

Are you counting storm troopers and not just mandalorians? I got 11 circled here. The shooter rod really should have been a Mando head.
[quoted image]

You missed the one on the apron decal.

Watched the videos multiple times with my 10 year old son before he went to school this morning.

The game meets his approval, however he wants to know where IG-11 is?
This was very concerning to him.

I told him that he is probably in the video footage or perhaps a mode featuring him.
Don’t make me lie to my kids Gary.
There better be some IG-11 footage in there.
