I'd like to ask you all to sit back and enjoy a Mirdoroo Grogu (Midori and Lemonade!)- this game is going to be great. I have a good feeling about it; and so does my drink.

Sooo with you on that! Cheers!

Right there with you on the other side of the pond brother.
Cheers Mandalorian Pinball!
Quoted from Chetrico:OK, on a serious note. How do I hide my LE from my wife? I figured out the "don't have it delivered while she's home" thing, but not how to camouflage it once it's in place.
Act like it’s been there for the past 5 years.
“When did you buy this?”
“5 years ago.....you’re just noticing now?”
Quoted from jrockne:I’m Looking forward to this pin, but I may be bias...
This is the entrance to my game room...[quoted image]
Amazing, I want to see more!
Quoted from Jediturtle:You know what has even less to do than Munsters? Iron Man. Yet Dwight gets crucified while Lyman is worshiped.
Both are fun games, despite their shallow ruleset.
Now then...what game are we supposed to be complaining about?
One was $6,500 the other was $14,000
Again?
In Llyman I trust and know 100% it will be the best it can be ( even in his OWN time!)

I know you're in Australia but nobody else had to pay 14k for Munsters. The price gap between the two wasnt as large as you are thinking and im not really clear why that should matter. Many of the highest rated games cost a fraction of todays game prices. 1 part inflation meets 2 parts increased interest and demand for pinball is all that happened there.

As a rule on any US run or heavily participated in forums I'm a member on, I always take the time to either calc the at the time cost in $USD or at the very least use $A (still rather stop and calc for the benefit or others). Otherwise, most of the time it just leads to a lot of confusion over the actual comparative costs. So he paid approx $US9250 (AMD listed LE at $A13650) and Pro was $US6000 (A$8850) at the time for the sake of clarity here going off the exchange rate of the time.
Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but during the deadflip stream on Hero Play it would have been pretty cool to hear a Carl Weathers do a call out for Hero you're up instead of just a std player1 call out
I hope they do something with the static mando looking at you at the screen. Make him move, or at least for the LE put him in full Beskar.
Tron has fairly simple code not deep but it’s fun. Maybe the problem with Munsters isn’t the deepness of the code. People might want to compare it to BM66 because they both have many hours of TV show clips to draw from but Munsters don’t use a fraction of the possible.
Quoted from manadams:Can any operators chime in on when their pro's will be on location?
They were told early June.
Quoted from PeterG:I hope they do something with the static mando looking at you at the screen. Make him move, or at least for the LE put him in full Beskar.
They do. It changes as you collect armor and weapons and upgrade him.
Quoted from moat-pin:And if you get caught, which you will, simply say you’re in negotiation with a gentleman from pinside who is buying machine X (name of one of your other machines). When weeks go by, say oh the deal didn’t go through and hopefully she won’t care about the extra machine you now have.
Here I was thinking I was really clever when I tried this.
Spoiler: She was not tricked

I see pinsiders are STILL trying to find a novel idea to hide your LE from wifey?!
Just print a Mandalorian Pro Edition and stick it over the LE numbered plate! She'll appreciate the fact you went with the stock game to save money!

Haha yeh this is something I actually did too...if not obvious. She kinda bought it. I ended up selling the +1 but months later.

You sold your wife? Great solution!
Quoted from thewool:You sold your wife? Great solution!
Lol. The solution was so obvious all along.
Thinking I need to stop by Game Exchange and pre-order the custom set of side rails. They look amazing and would pop for Pro.
Quoted from PeterG:I hope they do something with the static mando looking at you at the screen. Make him move, or at least for the LE put him in full Beskar.
It would be cool if the static Mando on the screen got upgrades as the game continues and you spend at the foundry.

Maybe they can make him rotate on screen

That has already been confirmed. That’s the way it will work.

This is the way
My wife is starting to give me the " One must leave for one to come in ultimatum" Thinking I may get away with putting High Roller Casino in the garage(it did leave the main house)
Quoted from pinmister:My wife is starting to give me the " One must leave for one to come in ultimatum"
Shouldn’t be long before you list the wife, eh?
Quoted from attyrhodes:I assumed he was being sarcastic lol
He just watched the Cary Hardy video and came here to repeat it. Like a good little parrot.

Metallica is already scheduled for the garage. We have a 2nd home that somehow, someway, I got approval to put a machine(which I took as two). So, that's three openings...
Quoted from Squizz:One was $6,500 the other was $14,000
Again?
Always funny when people compare a low priced pro or remake to an LE, because it suits their argument.
Then the always convincing “at the price nowadays, we deserve more!”
Even better,.. “these are for the home environment now, gimme MORE!”
Funny thing is, half the home folks are trying to operate now.
Quoted from chuckwurt:They were told early June.
I was told this week, but it aint looking like that right now.

Yeah this week was the initial timing, then when I checked a couple days ago, moved to early June. Hopefully first week.

Currently, I am not believing any dates until I see Stern act the way they always have before. Every release they flaunt photos and videos of them manufacturing dozens of games and boxing them up. I haven't seen a single photo of a Mando being built and my only assumption is supply chain difficulties have derailed all current production. I'm not doom and gloom just studying the Stern playbook and they are completely off book right now.
I would also love to be wrong and for some reason they have just decided to stop promoting their superior manufacturing for the first time.
When I preordered the pro I was told June 23rd. Not sure if this varies by distributor or how accurate it was.
Quoted from NeilMcRae:Getting ready!I'd like to ask you all to sit back and enjoy a Mirdoroo Grogu (Midori and Lemonade!)- this game is going to be great. I have a good feeling about it; and so does my drink.
I'm going to make a Margalorian!

When is this forum going to get to the Tesla fan forum level of insanity and start counting trucks and doing drone flyovers of the Stern factory?
Quoted from GoodOmens:When is this forum going to get to the Tesla fan forum level of insanity and start counting trucks and doing drone flyovers of the Stern factory?
There was a time people were doing drive-bys of the JJP facility and counting cars in the lot. Stern has generally been too boringly consistent to warrant that level of espionage.

We have people doing reports on how full the deeproot parking lot is in that thread

Umm Iron Man was never a Pro,premium or LE!

I think he covered that with "people compare a low priced Pro or remake to an LE." You can argue whether the original Iron Man was effectively a Pro, but the Vault edition at least was a remake.
Regardless, I'm sorry you paid AU $14,000 for your Munsters LE and weren't happy with it. That's a lot of money to spend on something that you don't love, and I trust you'll weigh that experience when making future pinball purchasing decisions.
Quoted from fosaisu:you'll weigh that experience when making future pinball purchasing decisions.
Correct 100% - no more Dwight pre purchase games again for me regardless even if its my holy theme!
Quoted from NeilMcRae:Getting ready!
Damn, do I have to up you my Grogu Grog on pinside as well?!
