This industry must get off its ( . . . ) and merchandise its product. We are selling to the public, as well as to the operator and distributor. Our business is a novelty business and it needs new products and new thinking.

I learned that "bows" means "debuts" -- never heard that meaning before! Headline of the article didn't make much sense to me.

Love looking at the list of used machine prices, they sure didn't hold their value well back then.
