Ha, an interesting folk art Pitch an Bat machine. It's sort of neat in it's weirdness. The "Do not jerk lever" instruction is comical. I wouldn't want to own it but it's fun to see.

Is the cabinet handmade? It almost looks like a chopped up pin cabinet, but not quite. "Folk art" for sure.
Glad I don't live close. The guy is absolutely GIVING it away at $500!
At first it looks like a piece of debris found in the ditch on some country road. But after a closer look, its a bona fide Jed Clampett deluxe model.
Quoted from Rando:I'll pass,
Can't "jerk" it.
You can't jerk the lever but you do get "Lucky Ball Play."
Quoted from GizzArd:I feel bad cause someone spent the time on it. Well it's different
Yeah, I'm with you. Some sweet old grandpa probably spent a lot of time making this for his grandkids to play with. Now it's reduced to public ridicule. With that said who's going to want it besides family that remembers it or a collector of folk art.
Alex
I called the guy and told him I'd come get it right away for his asking. He said he was on the line with another buyer who told him that it's easily worth $1250 on a slow day.
Why do people always feel the need to ruin deals for other people!?
