It happens in all walks of life. I had a done deal lined up on a boat. Two hour drive I was halfway there when I got the text from the buyer that he sold it to someone else. I was understandably EXTREMELY pissed off. But, a month down the road I ended up finding another one and have been happy with it ever since. Hang in there.
