If the head don't work don't fret. New servo motor 10 bucks easy fix. Make sure the flashes all work.

From my experance (which is not a lot) I have fixed 2 motors on 2 machines for under $10 bucks and all the info I read and reading folks in a fourm the board goes bad but not as much as the motor.
