    No, but he posted it for sale after the actual buyer picked it up according to date stamps of the pm's and for sale posts. something doesn't add up. Not saying its not a theft, but its very strange.

    Well, looks like Kevin has confirmed his guilt to me. He must have a great lawyer that can convince a judge that recommendations from others on a website are the fault of the person he stole the money from.

    My advice, File the small claims suit in your county, especially since the transaction was done online in your county. That way the asshole has to drive all the way to where you live. If he doesn't show, you win. If he does show, good luck proving why he didn't refund you cash.
