me too, but it still doesn't justify the deposit of the check. Im starting to wonder if someone else deposited it. That area of indiana is known for its meth addicts.
Well, looks like Kevin has confirmed his guilt to me. He must have a great lawyer that can convince a judge that recommendations from others on a website are the fault of the person he stole the money from.
My advice, File the small claims suit in your county, especially since the transaction was done online in your county. That way the asshole has to drive all the way to where you live. If he doesn't show, you win. If he does show, good luck proving why he didn't refund you cash.
