Williams, 1997What is the thickness of the the back board panel (painted black plywood) that the castle sits against with the lightning bolt decal? When installed, is it flush with the back edge of the playfield? It feels like that it should be closer to 3/4" thick but the one I just purchased is more like 1/2" thick.
IIRC our MM was definitely plywood & around 1/2", pretty sure its not 3/4" thick.
Just dug out our original MM BB as have the Plex Back Board installed (BIG THANKS to Pappy Boyington) & yes it's 1/2" Plywood.
Pretty sure its flush with the back edge of the PF - PM me later this week & I'll check ours unless someone else chimes in sooner.
