I have some gold, but the adhesive backing is white, and you may see an "edge". I'll cut a sample design later, stick on a cap, and post here later so you can see if that's something you could live with. If so, I'll create some designs.
I could also try spray painting different colors, but I'm not sure of the longevity of the paint in regards to adhering to the vinyl. I'll give it a shot!

I'll need a closeup overhead pic of pop bumpers so I can see how screw holes are aligned, for starters. If they're at different angles, and not oriented vertically, I'll need to send you some blank center pieces so you can mark where the screws are.
Post a pic and we'll go from there!
Have you had a chance to look into being able to do the old apron labels?
You are the only person I have asked or shown what I am needing. After running across your mod thread here, I wasn't sure if they are something for someone who specializes in making them or if it's something you could do without being to much trouble?
Would I be better off taking the originals somewhere (not even sure what type of business to contact other than a print shop) or is the scan file good enough for making reproductions?
I haven't had a chance to do work with them yet, hopefully tomorrow night.
The problem with the scans, is that they will show all the discoloration, fading, and glare as seen in the scans. I will have to completely re-create these. As I mentioned in the email, the ones with only text will be relatively simple, however the larger one with the animal pictures will be a bit more difficult, as I will have to copy them into photoshop, and completely remove everything around them, then re-create everything with the new image. Regardless of who does it, it will take some time

Should look really good on the new reprod playfield when it gets shipped and installed.
I forgot about the melted spot on the pop bumper cap from the old #555 bulb that use to be in it.
I will have to buy a new cap and another decal to go with my new playfield.

Sorry for not posting anything yet for Whirlwind , was trying to complete the set of 6 before sharing. But here's the first one, that's complete. I'll post some others later today after I can print
