I'm only seeing two burnt places in your pics. One on the driver board, which is normal. Those resistors get hot from extended use and scorch the board. The two diodes on the psu were under-specced from the factory and also get hot from extended use. Nothing really concerning there though. The power cord is another issue.
If you follow the usual steps (plug in one thing at a time starting at the power cord, transformer, psu, mpu, sound, displays, checking voltages as you go, you should be safe. Check one of the Williams repair guides
