Oh yeah, and shut pinside down so the manufacturers have no idea what old white nerdy pinball farts want in a game theme and let them go back to the drawing board.
Chances are they might come up with something cool like they used to.
Quoted from TractorDoc:Wasn't someone all excited about a My Little Pony Pinball sometime back?
It actually became a reality as "Magic Girl".
Quoted from Cruster:lol, aren’t most of those titles old and white?
That's what I was thinking! lol
Here's one that would at least solve half the problem.

What's so old and white about these guys?
Quoted from DW3000:“What are some themes and ideas that might appeal to a wider audience or a new generation to bring younger people into pinball before the currently targeted demographic ages out of pinball and/or ages out of being alive?”
That really doesn't matter does it?
Who really cares what is there for the next generation when it is the me generation that is fueling pinball now and most of them only want something that reminds them of their youth and not what appeals to anybody else?
I've started another thread for those that think pinball is now not manly enough.

I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret.
Pinball hasn't been man oriented in quite a while. It's just an illusion. Don't tell anybody though. It might spoil their fun.
Quoted from Flowst:Explain to me how anything in my collection is old, white, misogynistic etc.
Certainly not Cirqus Voltaire or TOTAN. Those are about as feminine as can be. As is much of your collection.
Quoted from roffels:Yes, businesses market to people outside their core demographic all the time. It helps their business stay relevant.
Plus as their main audience becomes more old and feeble, and find they have other expenses like hip replacements and senior care, and don't have the extra cash to spend anymore, it helps them to actually stay in business.
Quoted from littlecammi:If they wanted to appeal to a younger generation the Stern Star Wars pro would have featured the younger heroes of the latest films, which they don't.
Or they probably shouldn't have done another Star Wars at all.
Quoted from playernumber4:I am so sick of hearing of nothing but racial issues on TV that I pretty much stopped watching the news on TV.
I never thought someone on pinside would open up a thread pointing to a racial divide in the marketplace. What happened to our country being mixed race? Why do we have to put wedges between the races like this?
I see nothing racist about old white themes as long as all the parts for these games are made in China.
