One thing being in this hobby has taught me is to never underestimate how much money someone will spend on a pin. Plenty of people have paid $7,500 for Star Trek LE not to mention older games like AFM and MB. Then there's the Tron LEs, BIBLEs, etc. of the world.
Most people don"t pull out their wallet just for toys and whatnot. They pull out their wallet for a game that pulls everything together into a great experience with a well integrated theme.
