Themes I would get excited would be:
Aliens
JFK (the movie I think could make a pretty cool theme if done right)
Dr.Strangelove
The Dark Knight Returns (graphic novel)
Blade Runner
The Thing
Almost any Tartintino movie
Unforgiven
Good, The Bad, and the Ugly
Clerks
I think with the LCD screens you could put together some pretty bad-ass themed games.
