Okay, I'm back.....

I just purchased a TOM that has problem with the trunk.

At the beginning of the game, the trunk will spin after hitting it twice and then the software activates the "Sneak Ball" routine and thinks that a ball is locked in the basement; however (note that the ball is still in play).

Besides this issue, I am assuming that this causing a false read on Multi-ball when there are only two balls locked in the basement. Multi-ball will flash on the PF and will one hears Multi-ball announced; however the two (2) balls that are locked stay locked below.

When I eventually get the third ball locked, then the switches fire and release all three (3) balls.

Any advice on what to look at first, second, etc. would be helpfull and greatly appreciated.
