Bally, 1995I know this has been addressed before but this is kicking my butt!
I have a theatre of magic that works perfectly with the exception or one thing...
Anytime the ball fires out of the basement it drains SDTM every time.
Has anyone experienced this and if so how do I fix it? It had a new trap door which lays down nicely on the playfield. The ball kicks out everytime no problem but it just drains. Truly socks particularly on multiball
Is your bracket still intact, not one of the coil stops broken off ?

In my experience the weldment main bracket is misaligned (relative to the flippers) due to a bent plate that attaches to the playfield. The plate holds the main bracket and the ball lock assembly. If you grab the weldment main bracket and flex it side to side a little you'll see what I mean. A small angle change over the distance down to the right flipper makes a difference. The plate is heavy duty, won't go back in place easily. Let me know if that helps, I can send a pic later if needed.
