ToM Trunk Escape insert lifting and artwork chipped. This playfield looks like its clearcoated. What are my options for repair?

I had the same thing happen. I would recommend trying to heat/clamp down the inserts, gluing from the back, and then applying mylar over the center so it doesnt get worse.

Also see if you can find the piece of the insert and stick it in place with the mylar.
