I purchased a ToM earlier this year and it was equipped with a coin meter that was wired using the same power supply from the knocker. I want to make the knocker work again but I have been unable to do so. The option to test the solenoid for the knocker is missing in the menu and the option in the pricing adjustment to turn off the coin meter is also missing. This exact issue was raised a year ago on this forum but it does not seem to adequately address the issue I am having. What can I do to make these menu items appear and get the knocker working again?

I guess a factory reset would bring it back like it was originally ..

Perhaps it is due to the code version you are using?

Tried a factory reset but no luck. When a quarter is put in the machine the knocker knocks 10 times so I know it works at least. I do not know what code version I am using, how to find out, or how to change it. How many code versions are there? Is this something I need a computer to do?

When you turn on the machine the code version will show on the DMD with one you are running ,I can look on my and see if it's the same or not
