Quoted from Boslaw:

I would have told the other guy that I offered $100 and there’s no way the thing was worth $350 given all of the work required. Maybe that would have screwed the seller out of the sale completely.

I like this, along with giving my # to the other guy and walking away.

Quoted from TigerLaw:

Don’t send this discussion to the firearm and target thread please.

That is super funny to me.

One moderator saying hell no to another moderator, don't send them my way.

I am very glad mods are here, some people need a time out or the site could get hard to enjoy.

Happy New Year!

As far as the topic name worst buying experience, mine was getting a NIB Iron Maiden pro from the distro, and he did not tell me he had moved.

I was very shocked to drive a hour and another business was there.

They were helpful to give me some direction where I needed to go, but I made some wrong turns and distro was on another call and not answering the phone, so it was stressful for a while.

AND THEN, on the way back home with the game, traffic suddenly stopped and in a very bad way, and I just knew that when I unboxed the game everything in it would be in a jumbled mess under the head.

It was a long bad day, BUT at the end of the day the game was intact, and home, and awesome!

(and I still like the reply back for this the best about telling the other buyer the game is crap, you can have it, here is my #, call me when you get tired of trying to get it to work).
