Mine came with all LEDs. First step was to replace all flashers with incandecents. Then I put yellow LEDs behind TOMMY. All I have left to fight off a seizure is to replace all the LEDs in the backbox with incandecents.

Have what I thought was an immaculate Tommy, never a problem, then suddenly when I turn it on the propellers constantly spin, can't start a game and the DMD is out along with some of the lighting. When I turn the machine off, all the "dead" things, momentarily flash on, so I know they're not really dead. This happened when I played a couple of games, went to the office for a while, then was heading upstairs and decided to play one more game. Anything specific to look for when the propellers constantly propel?

Quoted from pinballjah:Have you checked the fuses?
Quoted from LOTR_breath:I would try reseating all of the ribbon cables. Also check very closely for any signs of battery acid damage.
Sometimes it takes me awhile to get to things. Just got to it this afternoon. Fuses F5 & F7 blown. Replaced with circuit breakers. Both blow after a few seconds. Unplug J6 & J7 and they don't blow. Leave J-7 connected, F5 blows, but not F7. Same in reverse for J-6. What I've noticed different than originally is the GI now comes on for only a second or 2, then goes out, unlike when I first posted, where the GI stayed on. Also if I leave the machine on for 15/20 seconds, all the solenoids start to "vibrate", before locking on. Throw the off switch, GI & Display flash on.

Rebuilt the power supply, because the +5v was only +2.2v. I replaced all caps, the voltage regulator, bridge rectifier & power transistor. On restart all solenoids except the left kick out were out. Replaced the blown fuses tied to them. All appeared to be well. Played a few games, no blinders. After the rebuild I ran through the tests, but didn't know what the Arch Test was, but now I do, still no blinders. Before the rebuild, when the +5v was running about +2.2v, the propellers, mirror and sometimes blinders were operating on their own. Blinders have never been a problem. Am I possibly missing the fuse controlling them, which I can't see any specifically listed in the manual or is it a transistor or something else?
Need some help. A few months ago my Tommy "wigged out". Blinders, propellers, mirror, just about everything actuating constantly. DMD out, fuses blowing, couldn't start a game, etc. I rebuilt the power supply, changing just the caps didn't solve the issue, so replaced the voltage regulator, bridge rectifier & power transistor. On restart all solenoids except the left kick out were out. Replaced the blown fuses tied to them. All appeared to be well. Played a few games, no blinders. That's where we sit today, everything as it should be except the blinders. Now I've been pondering selling/trading, so I figure I should get them working. Is there a fuse or transistor tied directly to the blinders operation I may be missing?
Quoted from bob_e:can you operate the blinders using the ARCH in the test menu?
No and the link you provided is out of the driver card.
Quoted from Catch86:Did you try TNT Amusements?

Their kit arrived today. Just finished installing it and it works great. Thanks for the help, I didn't even know about this little board.
