That's funny, you're talking like the game is actually alive and not an inanimate object. You have to admit, it looks like a creative solution for Joe Homeowner who doesn't really care except to play the game.

For the record, I did the restoration on that Ship Ahoy, brought it and sold it to Ron Friday morning.

Sometimes we get lucky and have a nice example to begin our restorations. In this case, the playfield was decent enough to work with. The cabinet was kind of rough ...hence the repaint. You can see before photos on Internet pinball data base. The Bristol Hills photos there were posted by e guy I bought the machine from several years ago. Thanks for the kind words.
