Doesnt Austin Powers have the same crossbow-like thing?

Ok so who's doing the custom audio?
Metallica and Star Trek both had support from the actual people from the theme.
Will that continue here?
Quoted from OLDPINGUY:Help me out here. My AC/DC Premium has twin LED in the GI, there is no color changing... I dont remember it in ST Premium when I had one for a couple of weeks....Inserts Yes, GI, no...Have I missed something?
Its not color changing in the same sense that the inserts are one LED that can do a large spectrum of colors.
The GI for ACDC and Metallica LE / Premium has multiple colors of LED bulbs (3) in the same general areas all throughout the game. Lyman uses these and turns off / on specific combinations of colors to make the entire GI of the game feel different depending on the mode / feature running.
Xmen has it as well but it wasnt as well implemented from what I remember.
Quoted from OLDPINGUY:Indeed, but maybe I am reading this wrong, I think the LE has addressable RGB, like WOZ, but WOZ funneled the light through a column, and wasnt bright enough...really neat if they increased the wattage, for good lighting...
No worries....wait and see will work. Thanks for answering me.
The addressable RGB is only for some inserts. The LE GI is red, white, and green according to the feature matrix.
It should look pretty badass with Lyman/Tanio on it.
50 posts about the business model ins and outs of why Stern should do X is worse than the hundreds of posts about nothing in between the theme reveal and the pics of the playfield.
How about we talk about the game?
Anyone thing that the zombie head inside the prison building will move at all?
It's already been confirmed that there's no custom vo from the actors. Maybe we get some cuts from the show.
It seems like the theme is that you're a survivor fighting alongside Rick and the crew, so the custom work is likely to reflect non-show characters.
Here's something encouraging - Lyman and co are working with no major new mechanical designs from what I can tell. There may be something special with the prison building I guess, but for the most part the mechs have been used before (lifting ramp, crossbow, etc.)
This should mean more software development time on tuning and polishing rules and hopefully no time spent making a brand new mech work right, like the hammer magnet or iceman ramp.
Quoted from tamoore:Do the ramps return to the same flipper, or the opposite flipper? My guess is they return to the same flipper.
They cross in the back. Right ramp to left flipper. Left ramp to right flipper.
Quoted from Pahuffman:Has anyone noticed the ball's path during the plunge? That's unique.
I'm a little worried about the action of the ball if you hit the skill shot without passing the gate. Is it going to just dribble back down and slowly roll toward the right slingshot?
What if the bit inserts on the outlanes somehow hurt you if they were lit, and then you had to use supplies to fight off the negative effect (weak flippers, reduced scoring of a specific shot, a "frozen" shot where you couldnt progress toward that shot even if you made it, etc.)
I said this before but people were only talking about premium vs no premium.
What makes me optimistic about the toys this time around if that they've all been done before. Lyman and co dont have to code anything brand new like the hammer or the iceman ramp or whatever.
