Can't see it happening, but I'd be on it like a winter coat... Goodbye Star Trek! lol

    Quoted from nephasth:

I like Slayer. But I like Death Metal more. I prefer to separate myself as far away from the mainstream sheep as possible.

    Quoted from Hazoff:

I love Slayer and enjoy the new album but I notice the lack of Jeff, its not bad but not the same.

I love Slayer and totally agree with this. They lost two major things when Jeff died, first he was a history buff and always had compelling songs about war. The second thing is that almost haunting guitar sound that is all over earlier Slayer stuff. Its evident right at the intro of Mandatory Suicide is anyone is curious about the sound I mean.

Repentless is an amazing album for a 30+ year old band, but I can't help but feeling that it has a very "by the numbers" feel, almost like a band trying very hard to sound like Slayer if that makes sense.

    Quoted from Cruster:

Metallica and Acdc were great sellers and earners. Lighter bands like kiss and Rolling Stones not so much. Based on that I won't buy lighter band pins, I'll save the coin for heavy.

Metallica and AC/DC were the two better pins. I'm not even much of a Rolling Stones fan, but its a damn shame their game was a stinker. It could have been huge.

    Quoted from vid1900:

Back in 2011 ESP did this Slayer 25th anniversary guitar.
    The ultimate topper $800.

If you buy a guitar like that for a pinball topper instead of to play, you should be ElKabonged over the head with it.

    Quoted from vid1900:

I've got much better guitars to play than an ESP.

Uh oh, you're not one of those jazz guys with the creepy dracula fingernails are ya?
    Love my ESP Snakebyte!
