As a pilot, I constantly have to defend my home state It isn't just what you see in the housewives show, what you see at Newark airport, and not what you saw on the Sopranos show.

But we do have bad politicians, draconian gun control laws, highest property taxes, urbanites calling it "Jersey" and apparently ghosts now (Looking your way Boob...)

Oh hurray, “stairclimberthingee” guy is back with more word diarrhea.

50 years old, NJ native, not once have I heard anyone say “jawn”. Maybe it’s south jersey slang?

Mask mandate lifted yesterday, go out and enjoy yourself in this rainy 48 degree wonderland!

I think spfxted is off on his Jawn having Taylor Ham.

Mask mandate lifted, hopefully we have a Jersey boys pinball gathering soon. Not sure how much to budget for Booze though....

    Quoted from beelzeboob:

Admission to those waterparks should come with a free 10-day supply of antibiotics.

My first thought was "all the pee you can drink"; I think Boob is more tactful...

Let's assemble at some point boys, your place or mine. Time to brainstorm!

In these times of economic woe, my plan is to stay in NJ and drive to Boobs place. He has booze and Led Zeppelin pinball. First sign of a ghost, I'm Audi 5000.

All good fun my friend! Very much look forward to meeting you all soon; Most likely Allentown.

In the spirit of fun and comradery, I sincerely would like to have a get together. The question now is what everyone's driving distance is, comfort level with strangers, and tolerance for my apparent "misogynistic" collection of pins. A great many of us are in NJ, maybe we can coax a few stateside neighbors too.

But, I can just imagine. "Hey Randy! Where's your pin collection?" "Hey Jim, they're right over there...."

    Party foul: we’re not there!

To be fair, and in defense of Sir Boob, I threw out the generic invites for a potential gathering. I live in the Warren county Washington Township (apparently NJ has 4 Washington twp's) That might be a hike for quite a few folks.

Last post I made was asking what everyone thought of the get together idea, how far they would be willing to drive, willingness to meet and greet strangers or celebrities like Beezelboob, and acceptance on the kindness of strangers etc.

I think a come and go as you please routine works best, so long as it is arrive and depart, and not other interpretations

I would be delighted to supply food and drinks (adult and church friendly). My collection of 16 games is public if that helps. They are all 100% credit dot and Covid free. A couple of my arcades are down, but that's a small price to pay for such splendiferous wonderment.

Anyhow, all welcome when we iron this out. As a former pilot for a professional New England baseball team, even Rhode Islanders are welcome.

The man behind the Medusa, Triscuits and juice? *Gasp*!

    His eminence Beelzeboob?

Maybe we could trick Colson to swing by, if he isn’t too busy at Sesame Place or the Escaleraseum.

We will have to set up a Hollywood style autograph table, with all of the notoriety slated to be present.
