    Earlier this year I saw a quote from (if I call correctly) Steve Jobs come by that said something in the line of "Customers who complain are your best customers because they will tell you what you can improve."

    Jobs had it down pat in that regard.

    Sycophants will tell you nothing but what you want to hear or simply parrot whatever you say as irrefutable gospel.

    Neither of which will lead to an improvement in product or an increase in brand awareness/sales.
