So I almost gave up looking for reasonably priced machines on Craigslist. Then today I check. JP for 700 bucks obo! Called that moment offered a little more and hopped in the van traveling warp speed! I had too cross the border but only a hours drive. The whole time I'm driving im thinking this guy is gonna sell too a higher bidder. Nope I showed up and the JP was in great condition. A little dirty but playfield, Cabinet and plastics all in great shape. Plus he and the topper too go along with it. Funny thing was while I was there picking up the machine his phone was ringing non stop! Lol. So there is deals still out there!

Congrats. Wish I had gotten my "deal" yesterday...

There was a Haunted House for sale 2 miles from my house for 1000, but listing said OBO and "very motivateD"....was going to offer 800. My wife called, she was the FIRST ONE to contact the guy at like 9:30 in the morning, he wouldn't hold it until I got off work at 5 to go pay for it....said he would call us back if it sold.

Did he call us back? Nope.

Did I call him soon as I got off work. Yep.

Had he sold the pin? Yep.

Is he a massive douchebag and I have his address? Yep.

Will I eventually get around to giving him a piece of my mind when I can bring myself to do so in a legal fashion..yep.

I saw that last night too! You got a great deal. I talked to the guy as well. He kinda let be known that they were hurting for the money and needed to move some stuff. He said someone(you) were on their way. I just asked him to call me if you didn't take it. The man was nice enough to call back and let me know you had bought it.

Offering more than the ad states usually works against you. If the seller has no idea about the value, the fact that someone is offering more usually tips them off that they are selling it way too cheap.
