    Quoted from LTG:

You have another job. I don't.
I'm open. Provide disinfectant wipes to anyone wanting them here.
And I'll keep an eye on things here. The severity of it. Or if the government closes businesses.
Any amount of time closed would be the end of my business.
    LTG

Its very scary. Im in the same boat, a forced closure would end me.

If there is a closure. Im bankrupt pure and simple.

There will be no meaningful help in time to make my bills.

Im looking at my liability policy.

I do have business interruption insurance.

Im calling my agent to see if im not going bankrupt in tbe event of a forced closure.

    Quoted from cliff_clavin:

I am a retail landlord. As mentioned earlier, most insurance policies will not cover this. I am working with my tenants and will not move against them. I know if they are shut down, most will not be able to pay the rent. Hopefully your landlords will work with you to find a compromise solution.

I was informed that if the forced closure bankrupted me, the lease is still in full force and, due in full, on demand.

    Penalties will be enforced.

So, no relief from the landlord lol.

    I'm sorry.

    Lol. Thanks.

The idea is to not go broke.

Ill be ok for a couple weeks.

    Quoted from MrBally:

What a nice, understanding landlord.... not. Both in Sparks and Reno?

    Only in reno of course!

I think i will be ok if they close my reno store.

My sparks store will stay open as its a computer repairs essential service!

So as of this afternoon i think im saved.

    Whew!

    Its a scary time.

As others have mentioned i do not have pandrmic virus protection on my insurance.

No rider means they wont pay.

    Thanks. Insurance company!
