This should be good! Can't wait see the progress..
I know you said to wait until the end for parts requests, but is there any chance you are selling off the old playfields?
Quoted from Skypilot:^^ yes ^^
I am unsure if they could be used again, but if was thinking as a decoration in the game room I finished earlier this year. Any idea on how much your worst one would cost?
I'm enjoying following the TAXI restore updates and I also would like to find a used playfield to mess around with an airbrush, but right now I would really like to see more pictures of that rotisserie.

I was going to ask about that too. Nice work!
Do you have months worth of sanding ahead of you, or just weeks?

Quoted from pinballinreno:Are you using the detail sander in conjunction with an orbital disc or belt sander for the cabs?
yes
Quoted from Skypilot:Installing ground braid (Scott,Stephen, you were right new braid is better) About 2 hours
Nice work! Getting anxious to get my taxi back from loan and restore it...wait, I've got to finish the other 6 games I'm working on
Quoted from JBK:Where did you find the braid by the roll?
I was also curious of this.
Quoted from dmklunk:This is really cool. Can't believe you got three free machines for restoring one. Great deal.
This is a joint venture These are not all mine
Ok Skypilot, time for an update.
Loved playing Taxi while at Papa, ready to see how these are coming along.

Quoted from Methos:How do places like this exist where they just have old pinballs sitting up in racks?
Y'all need to be a little more quiet
This thread is making me miss my taxi from years ago. And making me wish I could do enough woodworking to finish my rotisserie!
Quoted from Richthofen:Whats your process to clean the ball guides, just curious?
the flat metal guides or the wire trails?
Quoted from HighSpeed1:If you're doing new ramps, don't forget to ask Curly about this little missing decal. I'm great-full to him for making some after I inquired about it.
Ive been looking all over for that decal. so apparently I never received one. Who is Curly?

Both I guess. Flat metal guides is what I meant, but would also like to know about the wireforms.
Flat metal guides:
Degrease them,320 grit wet sand,600 grit wet sand then buffing wheel. (Sand with grain)
wire forms:
Scotch-brite pad loaded with mothers metal polish then wipe and polish with a rag. Steel wool first if rust spots.
Little Shop of Games. You may have to call him.
