The Simpsons Pinball Party Mini-Saucer LED Kit -- After-market add-on
modifications from 'UFO Pinball'

The TSPP-LED add-on kit that adds a fleet of three flying saucers,
complete with animated LEDs, to your TSPP pinball machine. These new
flying saucers are added around the "Cooling Tower" bumpers, similar
to the ones shown in the backglass artwork.

http://www.ufopinball.com/TSPP-Saucer/about.htm

This kit uses three plastic saucers (sold separately) that are
typically used on Attack from Mars (AFM) and Revenge from Mars (RFM).
The flasher domes tie together with the existing flasher, expanding
the light show that goes off with each bumper hit.

Additionally, LEDs are included that fit into the plastic saucers and
are controlled by a board that provides animations and flashing
patterns that are typical of a menacing Martian Fleet!

So far, we have only been doing a short run, but the feedback page has
been populated:

Right now I am looking at doing another run, so please let me know if
you are interested so I can properly gauge interest.

The TSPP-LED Kit is expected to be $110. Insured shipping is only $15
to anywhere in the USA, or $45 to anywhere in the world.

Note: Again, the plastic saucers are sold separately, but you can find
them at pinball parts vendor sites. Everything else is included in
the kit.

You may combine shipping for multiple kits. California residents must
add 8% sales tax.

Please send email for pictures and purchase information. Custom LED
colors are also now available, but may require a surcharge or
additional lead time.

Thanks,
Bill Ung -- UFO Pinball

I have tons of additional pics for the green color ones. These are exceptionaly nice folks and worth every penny! The flasher is great as well.

I have had this mod for sometime now. In my opinion, it is a "must have" addition to the game. Very well made with easy to follow instructions. You won't be disappointed with this mod.

Nice way to leverage your work from AFM, which is a kit I know people have been very happy with.

To be fair, I have to give credit to my co-designer, Michael Robertson. It was actually his idea, I just handled the hardware end of it.

Glad to hear people are enjoying it though!!

Note: I'd like to gauge interest by the end of January, will work on ordering parts and building product during February, and will ship in the mid-March timeframe. Email or PM if you have questions, thanks!!

Very cool mod!

Just curious... why not supply the three saucers with the kit? At an additional cost of course.

Well, with the different LED color options, it means keeping having to keep (at least) two different sets of saucers in stock. Would this make it a lot easier on folks buying the kit? I can include it as an option, though I honestly don't have a lot of spare saucers on-hand.

Don't take a great game like TSPP and tack on something like this! What a desecration!

OK for AFM, but not on TSPP.

I take it you're not interested, then?

I was at a friend's house over the weekend who had this installed on his TSPP and he loves it on his game! I'm not a TSPP owner myself, so I'm not as familiar with the game ... but they honestly seemed to fit right in.

Once we get the production run going and a few more kits out in the field, maybe you'll get a chance to see the mod installed on a game at one of the upcoming pinball shows.

Don't take it personally. If it's who I think it is, comments like I'm guessing he made here are why I only see:
"Ignored user post"

Users attempt to bypass the Ignore system.

You dislike a Pinside users posts. Fine so far. You choose to ignore said user. Fine. When you read a thread and notice anyone you have on ignore has posted, you feel a compulsion to post about the user you have ignored. Not fine. In doing so, you personally attack the user under the cover of having them on ignore. You then are the problem and attempt to bypass the use of the Ignore system put in place by the site creator.

I'm not particularly outraged.

Not sure how I like these on TSPP. But when it comes to AFM you are the MAN.
