I'm picking up a DE Simpsons Pinball sometime next week. Currently it has all segments of the same digit lit on both displays (see attached pic). The owner said the boards are clean, and he put a new pinscore in there and it still had the issue which leads me to think a PIA on the PMU or a ribbon cable...i doubt it's a ribbon cable since it's digit specific on both displays. I know System 11 well and I've heard this era Data East is very similar, but it's my first of this ear and i wanted to reach out here for suggestions on where to look first once i take delivery of it.
