Asking if someone could help me diagnose an issue with my pin? I had a friend help diagnose and change one of the Bridge rectifiers that went bad. But I still have a block of switches in the matrix that don't work (see photo). I have two opto's and two trough switches that don't work. My fiend is unavailable to help during this health crisis. Thanks

Post a picture of the manual page that contains the schematic for the Opto processing board. I have a theory.

Those trough switches are opto as well. So as mentioned already, the opto board is the first place to look.

There is a pcb board under the playfield used for the optos. Make sure all connectors are seated.
I had to replace my board.

thanks Djshakes, that's always my first step to do. I checked all of the plugs in the Opto chain

Thanks.
Let's isolate the issue to the MPU or some other component (opto processing board).
Read here first: https://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Williams_WPC#Switch_Matrix_Problems

In particular, jumper J207/3,4 to J209/1,2, as described in the PinWiki (while in switch test).
If jumpering those pins indicates a switch closure, then the issue is not on the MPU, and is probably on your 10-opto board. Only a logic probe would be able to help us then.

Please report back.
