I'm getting either intermittent registering or ball hangups. I installed the 3" actuator and while it's better, it still isn't right. I don't get 100% switch registers and it still hangs up sometimes. I did a search and some people extended the switch with some lexan. I see lots of descriptions but all the pics lnks seem to be broken. Does anyone have the dimensions for this mod and a good pic? Thanks.

I saw it a while back and it didn't seem very refined. I would think if you would experiment you could do as good or better yourself. I need to do mine and am probably going to try to use metal instead of lexan.

I'm very interested to see what you come up with. Nothing sucks more than nailing the skill shot and not having it register.

I just made one out of Lexan. I saw somewhere that it should extend by about 2" so I started with that. I should have tested it in cardboard first. 2" wasn't long enough. Looks like I need about 2 5/8". I will revisit tomorrow a little more sober.

I would love to see a picture of this modification.

Here's mine. Works most of the time.

Here is a pic of the Lexan piece cut and drilled and installed in the machine with the 3" actuator. This isn't my mod, I found it somewhere and couldn't find the details so I can't take credit for the idea. It's 3 1/4" long which seems to work pretty well. I tested it with the glass off and couldn't get it to miss a switch hit or get stuck. The true test will be when I have people over but for now it's at the very least a huge improvement.
