Hello, turned on the shadow today, and my DMD has no power at all. I tried changing out some of the fuses, but no luck. The DMD board in the back box looks like it is getting power, the red light is on. Does anyone else have any ideas what I could check next? Thank you.
Use a DMM and test voltages on the connector going to the DMD. Should be:
Pin 1: -125 volts
Pin 2: -113 volts
Pin 3: Key
Pin 4: Ground
Pin 5: Ground
Pin 6: +5 volts
Pin 7: +12 volts
Pin 8: +62 volts

That only means you have 5 volts getting to the DMD controller board.
Measure the voltages at the DMD as The_Director states to know if the DMD controller is putting out the voltages that it should be.
