New member to The Shadow Club.
I'm unsure how the Sanctum should work.
My ball just gets stuck on the magnet when locked. Once in a great while it just goes into the Sanctum.
Usually I have to nudge the machine for the ball to become unstuck.
Any ideas what could be wrong here?
