Anybody have a pic with that new city background besides ebay?

Here are some pics of my Shadow since I've had brand new in the box with prototype side rails, lockdown bar, and legs. Brian Eddy gave these to me when I got my game. All the test games on location had these on them. Side rails have never been installed and still have the double sided tape on them.

Quoted from Aurich:

My favorite thing on Shadow is stacking Secret Laugh mode with Vengeance. That minor chord piano banging away with the insane laughter over it is the best. Highly recommend you try and pull it off.

Don't forget to add in a multiball so you have all 3 going! The cows come on the screen once in awhile by draining down either outlane.

How does the back wall light up? In the pics it looks like just a clear plastic replacement for the factory wooden one. I have a cityscape plastic that I would like to light up on my Shadow. Looks like they have a lit one for STTNG too.

I'd like a Grumpy light.

That looks great! Can you do another video with the ball and paddle in action?

I've owned my Shadow since brand new in the box and the upper flipper does not feed the Kahn shot when a loop shot is made to feed it. My game setting is back legs up all the way and front legs all the way down. I've played several proto or sample games of Shadow on location back in the day and the upper flipper played like mine. I've also played a couple Shadows like LPeters. When they're set up like that, it makes the other shots more difficult to hit. Especially when trying to do multiple inner loop combos in a row.

It's a custom made by Pinside member Beatmaster. I gave him the measurements and he made. Unfortunately my measurement was slightly off and had to drill new holes into the plastic lit plate. Wasn't sure it would still light up but it did. He did one for my Getaway which was extremely hard to do but he nailed it perfectly. I have one for STTNG but have to figure a way to still be able to use gun trigger when mounted.

Quoted from hocuslocus:

Finally got to join the club,
I noticed after shooting the left orbit the ball goes straight down the middle. is there a a lot of adjustments with this game? I haven't messed with the ball guide yet. I know a few other games from this era are really sensitive & have to be dead level, everything has to be set just right.
never owned one and have only played one a handful of times, anything I should be looking for?

Why wouldn't you use the upper flipper after shooting the left orbit? Are you talking about shooting the right orbit? I've had my Shadow since nib with the back legs up all the way and no tweaks. I can do a loop pass after shooting the right orbit no problem. Maybe your rail on the left is bent outwards.

Quoted from Twister:

I will make it in black chrome. 1mm stainless steel. Integrated Illumination is cancelled.
First Prototype in January.
Optional golden decals will be available.[quoted image]

Illuminating the Battlefield sign would make this mod a great seller!

Quoted from chuckwurt:

Found out this past weekend that was how Eddy designed it to work.

Quoted from Manny65:

I don't believe it is supposed to go into the Khan hole, some people adjust the position of the upper flipper to try to achieve this but it'd also depend on what brand flipper rubber you have

I’ve had my Shadow since new in the box and it came with red flipper rubber. It’s never gone in the Kahn hole by holding up the upper flipper. When Shadow was on test back in the day, they did have different flipper rubbers on the games. Just red and black. From what I remember, none of those test versions went into the hole. I do have a set of powder coated, hammered, stone looking legs, rails, and lockdown bar from Brian Eddy on my game. This was used on the proto test games.
