Quoted from jawjaw:The post next to the ball eject only has one rubber ring on my game. Only posts with double rings is the outlane posts but those should be metal.
Yes the kick out post under the apron has only one rubber and is installed.
IMG_20180815_102940 (resized).jpgQuoted from gjm7777:Looks like lower left of the left side target bank maybe?
Do you mean this one?
IMG_20180815_103236 (resized).jpgSorry. Yes I had the gun, side rails and lock down bar chromed. All wire ramps brass plated and clear coated. Added some red star post lights. Red brick wall paper at the back panel. Red and blue 6V led strips used to light up the back panel. All leds with colour GI leds to highlight plastics. Alternative translite. New plastics.
It plays very well. Wow I really like it. I had heard a lot of good comments regarding the game and I am very impressed. Great call outs. Great flow. Great rule set. Great shots. I really can't fault it. Don't even miss pop bumpers lol
Not quite sure why someone put that post there. Maybe to protect or support the Perspex rear ramp?

Quoted from Scoot:I would cover the section over the mini playfield led's. I also put a strip in the back and didn't like the glare from the playfield. It also washed out the lighting in the inserts. I would cover with tape or just cut off the part section you don't want.
I think it looks very nice as it is. I would not cover anything.
I used blue above the mini playfield and red on the right.
Quoted from Scoot:I couldn’t decide between mirror blades or graphics so I used both.

That looks awesome! Where did you get the graphics from. Love to do that to my Shadow.
Does anybody have the part number of the coil stop for the battlefield yellow kicker. Somehow the manual gives no information on the coil size and coil stop.
And another question. During multiball do all the balls come out right away and stay in play? I sometimes get one or two ball locked away for a while to be released 5 to 10 seconds after multiball started. Is this normal?
Does anybody know the part number of the coil stop of the yellow mini playfield kicker. It's not listed in the manual?
Quoted from jonesjb:Hey Fortitude Valley! I lived in Brisbane for 10 years, how is the pinball scene in Brisbane these days? I have to get back, so many friends there.
Hey the Valley is alive and kicking. Brisbane is the Pinball capital of the southern hemisphere! We have more sited Pinballs than Sydney or Melbourne and we just had the biggest Pinball competition in the southern hemisphere - The Brisbane Masters.
In other words you really should come back for a visit.
Quoted from Pesmerga:According to the bill of material that Coil Stop is Row 1027
I replaced it too![quoted image]
Thank you very much!
Quoted from Mad_Dog_Coin_Op:I just modified my wire ramp switch. Couldn't stand it any longer. Clear is the way to go in my opinion. It looks very factory if you shape it nicely. Highly recommended. It makes a big difference to your high scores too. [quoted image]
Very nice! I like that.
Quoted from okgrak:I'm having an interesting issue with my shadow. When the sanctum magnet flings the ball into the lock, occasionally a ball will get stuck on one of the switch actuators. I've tried slightly adjusting the position, but it's not helping. I'm thinking about some point in the life of this machine, someone replaced the switches and didn't use the proper actuator shape.
Could someone do me a solid and take a photo of their three switch array behind the sanctum? This is what mine looks like.[quoted image]
I had the same problem and spend hours adjusting to just find out at the end that the overhead plastic was too low interfering with the ball. I added a washer to lift it and no more hang ups.
Quoted from Daditude:Does anyone have an extra right sling plastic?

Quoted from PinHigh1:While cleaning my playfield...removed the old, discolored piece of mylar off my sanctum area earlier which I was worried about making it worse. No issues at all. Wear is really not bad at all...have a circle piece of mylar I'll put down to protect. Removed and cleaned the kicker and drop target mechs earlier on the mini-playfield. Is grease recommended for the drop targets and/or on the kicker left/right "rails"?[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Put one of those there to hide the last little bit of wear.
