Hi Pinsiders! People here seem to like these clubs and there was none for TS so...
Feel free to ask questions about the game, or maybe post some pics

#2 10 years ago

It's about time!!!! I certainly loove mine!!!!

#3 10 years ago

I've got mine partially torn down right now. Looking to get this thing really looking awesome. I'd love to hear some tips see some pictures and just discuss this game.

I have mine torn down as well. I just sent my wireforms and gun to Mike Chestnut today for re-plating.

#5 10 years ago

Nice to see fast replies! TS is my first (and only right now) pin and its going nowhere for a good while. Anybody Led'd one of these? Im thinking about placing an order for the whole machine

How about a Shadow done in brass? All ramps, diverters, and wireforms plated by Mike Chestnut.

Double DAAAAYYYYYYYUUUUUUMMMMMM!!!!!

The gun is plated in black nickel with a chrome trigger but I don't have a picture. It is one of the nicest Shadows you will ever see and is completely dialed in and wicked fast.

Does this mean I get to be President of The Shadow Club?

I call VP.

#17 10 years ago

Mike did my wireforms (brass) and gun handle (black nickel) too. Living 30 minutes away from him was really nice at the time.

#18 10 years ago

Do not led The Shadow. Put superbright leds in the mode indicators only so you can see them better. At least with all the brass, the cool led light looks odd.

Mine is also torn down, husband is doing a major shop on it!

#20 10 years ago

I'm just waiting for the CPR plastics to come out so I can tear my down and get to work. Absolutely love this game!!

#21 10 years ago

VP indeed

Fantastic. How does the brass hold up? I've got a bunch of mine out for powdercoat right now. Will post pics when it's done

#23 10 years ago

I recently have thought about selling my Shadow, so I moved it out to my main pin room and played it... and the wife played it again, and boom- my desire to sell it is gone! We had so much fun playing it that I can't imagine getting rid of it!

Would you mind pm me what he charges for that?

#25 10 years ago

Played this game for the first time a month ago. Was really fun, once I got the hang of it. That upper playfield thingy was pretty cool! But, of course, The Shadow Knows this....

The brass is holding up fine. It's been about 2 years now.

Where does he live at?

#28 10 years ago

I'm about this >< close to pulling the trigger on joining this club.

#29 10 years ago

Proud to be in this club. I traded 2 games to get TS but it was worth it! Brutal, fast, flowing, and fun!

I agree with you partly. I think Shadow looks best with incandescents for the GI, but I much prefer LEDs for all the inserts, not just the modes. I used Ghost Busters in mine ...

Near Nashville. If your ramps are tarnished, I highly recommend sending them down there for plating.

#35 10 years ago

love the game but mine is broke. Was having a guy come over to look at it tomorrow but now my new ac dc premium is coming tomorrow so I doubt any work will be done on it.

#36 10 years ago

If it is a club, I say there should be a secret knock or saying to be in like...

and maybe give out special rings too.

#37 10 years ago

Any tips or tricks people know to keep their sanctum operating perfectly? Every once in a while mine will create a credit dot, but when the coin door is opened it clears. Seems to correspond with the locking of balls.

#38 10 years ago

I auto clear coated mine about two months ago. It is SOOOO fast now! I've gotten to final battle a few times, but have yet to beat it. I don't think I'll ever sell this game. Especially after the amount of work I put into fixing it up.

#39 10 years ago

Plenty of love for The Shadow here too. Similar to TheRave mine is clearcoated but screaming for plastics (thanks CPR in advance) and I am missing one ring...... eventually I will find one.

#40 10 years ago

Thank you for giving me this position.

This is easily a top 5 machine in my opinion! Super fast and every mode is awesome! Been to final battle a few times and have yet to finish it. Always a shot away. I will never sell this pin. I was going to send my wires into Mike but after seeing those ramps and diverters all brassed out! That looks great.

#44 10 years ago

That post behind the right mongol should that be there? Mine doesn't have it.

Thanks I might pick one up : )

On the 2nd pic, is that a cliffy left to the shooter lane? Mine is a bit beat up in that area.

#50 10 years ago

Yes, it is a shooter eject protector.
