So which made more money for operators, pinball or arcade? Everyone knows the answer, but some of the figures are quite staggering!

This was quite an interesting research projects. The early data that was available from the US Dept of Commerce was quite comprehensive, but difficult to roll-up and summarise. I tried to look for (US Dept of Commerce) data beyond the 1992 census, but I kept hitting dead ends. If I do manage to find more official data, then the article will be updated.
